We may have panic attacks or just a general feeling of anxiety, we may not feel well, struggle at work or at school, or we may even have feelings of self-harm. My approach to therapy relies heavily on my training in CBT and FFT as well as my understanding of the role of trauma and the biology of the brain and body.

I welcome clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, relationship & parenting challenges and general life struggles. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Biofeedback, Family therapy and Trauma informed care but allow my clients to lead the direction of sessions.

Each client is unique so which of these approaches will come to the forefront with you will depend upon where you’re at.
